Process all booking request timely. Assure that the traveler has complete necessary documents (Business Trip – Valid visa & Approved Travel Request Form; Deployment – Employment Visa with at least 6 months passport validity. Coordinate with the Travel Agency the onward flight but see to if individual have their desired travel plan. Provide the better flights to the traveler / requested with the conditions and restrictions of flights. Prepare the LPO with fare / rate comparison from the different travel agencies. Verifying all the tickets / voucher issued. LPO’s /monthly statement from the contact Travel Agencies to ensure that the entire request has been from my end and submit to accounts department. Generate the Statement of Air Arabia & Fly Dubai New staff Accommodation and Transportation Allowance Prepares the monthly / dashboard report. Maintain all relevant databases Distribution of Cards as part of the employees’ accountability like staff ID and POS Card Releasing documents ready for collection from HRER like NOC, SC, ST and COE. Posting leave and rejoining of the overseas staff in Navision. Monitoring the daily shop visit of UAE & Overseas Area Manager. Overseas staff attendance in Navision.
