• Job Details: Manage all works site pertaining to ELV system Like AV System CCTV system, Structural Cabling, GRMS system, Access Control System and Lighting Control System.  Manage and design for all project management to comply any document needed.  Works in a manner safe to the individual and other people; follows safety rules and safe working practices; uses safety equipment as required.  Supervise the work for proper output and directly report to the manager for the update job and related concern.  Design Lighting Control Panel and Module like Helvar, Dalnet, Tridonic  Responsible for GRMS System Design Panel and supervise works  Must read, edit drawing thru AUTOCAD, interpret and execute job flow sheet process  Must remain on premises during ALL meetings for which ELV/AV has provided equipment  Positive & effective interaction with customers & co-workers  Provides technical assistance and training to customers, specifically with the audio visual equipment  Answers inquiries concerning the use of audio-visual equipment including: microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, connecting wires and cables as well as lighting.  Maintains and upgrades knowledge and skills by reading books and research by internet professional and attending seminars

Home Automation Specialist(Foreman)Full Time

• Job Details: Responsible for installation, termination, repair & Troubleshooting of Audio/Video system, Electrical system, Curtain/Blind Control, HVAC Control, Access control, Intercom,WLan/Lan and CCTV system.(Crestron, Dynalite/Philips, Lutron somfy, different types of amplifiers product etc.)  Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical/electronic circuit, wiring termination and installation of switchgear, contactor, breakers, and any related works.  Perform Preventive Maintenance in the equipment to secure the good performance of equipment.  Manage a cable pulling and terminate those cable like Cat5/Cat6, RS232,RS485, Fiber optic and etc.  Setup a multi room sounds from the rack up to designated room  Assemble and manage for rack building and manage the cable looming into the rack to make sure net and clean.  Works in a manner safe to the individual and other people; follows safety rules and safe working practices; uses safety equipment as required.  Supervise the work for proper output and directly report to the manager for the update job and related concern.  Able to match customer needs with equipment that best suits their request  Responsible for the safety and security of our AV equipment, Electrical, and other control  Must read, edit drawing thru AUTOCAD, interpret and execute job flow sheet process  Must remain on premises during ALL meetings for which AV has provided equipment  Positive & effective interaction with customers & co-workers  Provides technical assistance and training to customers, specifically with the audio visual equipment  Answers inquiries concerning the use of audio-visual equipment including: microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, connecting wires and cables as well as lighting.  Maintains and upgrades knowledge and skills by reading books and research by internet professional and attending seminars.  Assisting the programmer for testing and commissioning.
