- Job Details:Personalizing customer service to go beyond and above each of our valued clients' needs. Preparation of LPO "Local Purchase Orders", Sales Invoice, and Sales Quotation. Responsible for our product shipments. Maintain proper filing and keeping of all the documents related to each project. Responsible for the staff’s time and attendance sheet. Responsible for the staff’s renewal of visas, labor cards, and Insurance. Responsible for staff’s important data and maintaining and uploading it into our company's system. Responsible for the preparation and schedule of the staff and manager’s Business Trips. Responsible for the company's vehicle/service maintenance, expenses, and yearly insurance. Managing and monitoring our company's other expenses. Modified Petty Cash. e.g., payments, vehicle fuel and expenses, and staffs travel allowances Handling of FC "Foreign Currency" to be exchanged for a good price. Procurement of better suppliers and visitation to every existing supplier and producer to strengthen our business ties. Going on-site to coordinate with the engineers and to inspect our products’ proper installation and handling
