• Job Details:• Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers. • Receive customer inquiries and interpret customer specifications for technical proposals. • Actively work with end users to ensure alignment of technical specifications. • Identify new areas of activities and regularly report on competitors’ activities in the monthly reports such as marketing pricing, market size and new entrants. • Managing and interpreting customer requirements - communicating with the clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms and renewal.
