• Job Details:- Analyze current team structures and reporting lines to identify areas for improvement, such as redundancies, unclear reporting relationships, or misalignment with organizational goals. - Analyze existing and planned organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, new departments, or restructuring. - Work with managers and employees to set SMART goals and follow up its implementation. - Explore different job design models and frameworks to identify solutions for identified issues. - Create clear and concise job descriptions reflecting the new design, including tasks, responsibilities, and required skills and knowledge. - Ensure each team's objectives align with the overall organizational strategy and contribute to achieving the BSC goals. - Assist in implement performance management frameworks, policies, and processes. - Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals and objectives for employees. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees on a monthly\ quarterly\ yearly basis. - Integrate BSC objectives and KPIs into performance reviews, ensuring individual and team goals contribute to organizational success.

Talent Acquisition Senior SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Execute Recruitment & Selection Plan of work force. • Receive vacancies requests and perform the search in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions. • Help in creating job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and prerequisites (if not provided). • Screen CVs and handle face-to-face interviews. (Competency Based Interviews). • Refer candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers and work on their feedback to adjust the selection criteria accordingly. • Draft/ Post job advertising in various media channels. • Head Hunting for potential candidates when needed. • Build a strong database for all key positions. • Conducting relevant HR interviews (Phone interviews/ CBIs / Panel interviews). • Prepare company’s job descriptions & link to effective KPIs, & update regularly. • Present an awareness introduction for JD & performance appraisal for all employees. • Supervise over the company’s applied appraisal process & assure the effectiveness of process implementation. • Prepare company’s Organization charts. Update regularly.
