Manage the post-completion contractual obligations. • Analyze energy consumption patterns and implemented energy efficiency programs, achieving 15–20% annual savings in utility costs by integrating smart building technologies.

Mep Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Reviewed and approved MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to guarantee full compliance with project specifications, performance criteria, and client requirements. • Conducted site inspections and surveys, issued site instructions, and documented non-conformance reports to maintain quality and adherence to contractual obligations. • Supervised and validated construction progress, certified payment applications, and assessed variation orders to support cost control and timely delivery. • Oversaw the testing, commissioning, and functional verification of all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they met both the design intent and statutory codes. • Led the snagging and de-snagging processes, coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure timely resolution and readiness for handover. • Verified and facilitated submission of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and commissioning reports. • Confirmed compliance with Defects Liability Period (DLP) requirements and formally issued take-over certificates upon satisfactory completion.
