• Job Details:• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the Client and stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risk. • Establish and maintain the relationship with the third parties and vendors. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members • Use and continually develop leadership skills • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency • Perform other related duties as assigned • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Construction SuperintendentFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure the Supervisors adhere strictly to the latest approved for construction project drawings, specifications, procedures and site instructions. • Planning, coordinating and controlling the day to day work activities. Supervise and coordinate the activities within assigned areas. • Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, ensuring that management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, protective equipment, experienced/qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets. • Routinely study, check, review and validate the discipline scope of work against the appropriate Contract Requisition to ensure the correct interpretation and compliance with the latest revision AFC drawings, quantities, and specifications. • Develops a schedule of tie-in, interface and terminal points. • Assist in preparation and review for submittal of RFI’s or Change Notice and make recommendations for immediate solutions. • Ensure all quality control checks and tests are instigated, with records maintained and available as required for underground metallic and non-metallic checks, pre and post-test checks, hydrostatic testing, flushing and drying, safety relief valve installation etc., all in accordance with agreed ITP, method statements and project specifications. • Where applicable, supervise test equipment calibration. • In conjunction with the Commissioning Manager ensure pre-commissioning requirements are undertaken in accordance with project specifications and procedures, and coordinated with ongoing construction activities. • Identify the hand over sequence on a system by system, area by area basis, all scheduled to produce logically planned work completions for commissioning and start-up requirements.

Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Provides direction in all conventional and unconventional aspects of construction engineering to manage project construction observation and documentation activities, monitoring Contractors' substantial compliance with contract, plans, specifications and special provisions and determining project quality, cost, and adherence to established completion schedule. • Plans and organizes the observation and documentation of construction projects. • Schedules and coordinates observation of ongoing work and testing and sampling of materials. • Assigns, leads and supervises internal staff engaged in observation and testing and in related record keeping. • Monitors contractors' progress against schedule and prepares progress reports. • Reviews change order requests based on on-site observations and contract stipulations. • Oversees compilation of final construction estimate documents. • Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
