• Job Details:• Provide all level of management with the service and technical advices needed for proper administration of HSE program , Conduct annual plan & budget for HSE dpt. , Management system and high risk program • Develop Programs , technical Guidance and maintain appropriate level of awareness to identify and remove the types of hazards and potential risks for the site , Identify the training program for all employee and promote a safety culture that prioritize effective HSE and reduce the HSE Risk and cost • Review the Internal HSE Policies and practices and SOP’s to ensure the they are updated and appropriate according to the Risk assessment changes and change the existing risk assessment as per the new recommendations accordingly • Provide regular reports for HSE department for the country to include the accidents and near misses reported to HSE department from department heads as per the processes and keep the managements updated with incidents investigations and Corrective and Preventive actions takes and approved to eliminate the accidents causes and report the LTI throughout the lesson learned to the concerned department • Establish and implement a preventive health program including the measurements and tests and conduct frequent inspections to identify the unhealthy conditions • Conduct and develop and review the risk assessment for all specific jobs inside the plant for routine and non-routine jobs to ensure the implementation of risk and controls • Establish and maintain safety programs for External contractors and ensure the implementation of the safety procedure and conduct HSE meeting on regular basis to ensure the effectiveness of the procedure , follow up the performance and risk assessment implantation include the control measures • Review and develop the Environmental aspects and its impact to the plant throughout the Environmental risk assessments and environmental measurements program implementation • Follow up the control of waste , emissions , hazards and other aspects in accordance of legal and other requirements an ensure the implementation of Corrective and preventive actions for non-Conformances and report these to the management on regular basis • Maintain and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the environmental management system ISO14001 and take the necessary actions to keep the system running effectively • Conduct an Evaluation for all plant areas to evaluate the fire risk to identify the suitable fire protection system , fire extinguisher water network for the whole plant, fire suitable manual extinguisher to be distributed to all plant areas according to type and capacity • Maintain the effectiveness of fire protection system throughout follow up on inspection for all firefighting devices to keep them in good condition as per the civil defense governmental report • Establish an Emergency plan and its Procedure and ensure that the emergency teams awareness
