• Job Details:Doing admission procedure, collect history of the patient, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of nursing interventions using nursing process, undertake the responsibilities of the nursing care of assigned patients, proper assessment of patients to their utmost satisfaction in the nursing care rendered, maintain good relationship with colleagues and supervisors, maintaining good patient nurse relationship, monitor vital signs and intake and output, orientation and supervision of juniors and subordinates, cardiac monitoring of patients, ECG recording and monitoring, assist the doctors while examining the patient, preparing patients for various type of diagnostic procedures, checking all emergency drugs and initiate emergency measures within prescribed limits, respect patients privacy and confidentiality, initialing and maintaining IV lines and infusion pumps, taking inventory, provide health education to patients and their relatives, maintain patient’s records.
