• Job Details:- Support all IT services and escalate incidents or problems through the appropriate channels. - Respond to IT support tickets and calls and follow up activities with other IT section members. - Perform an in-depth root cause analysis for all new incidents or problems and update the knowledge management records. - Update tickets in the IT ticketing system and monitor and report critical system performance on a real-time basis. - Real-time monitoring for the health and check of the datacenter facility. - Work with Azure Portal "Azure AD, Admin Center 365, Exchange online, Teams". - Responsibility in Azure AD for creating and managing Azure AD users, assigning groups, Azure roles, End Point Security, Intune Process "Auto Pilot", device health, managing guest users, and create policies. - Support Network Engineers with all infrastructure tasks such as terminating ( UTP, power cables ), Splicing Fiber, IP telephones, Access Points, and configuring IPs and DNS. - Responsibility for all IT ( Racks, and Rooms ) installing switches, UPS, patch panels, and arranging the cords. - Preparing, and installing cameras, antennas on High Masts by man lift. - Working on Access and Attendance machine connections and installation.
