• Job Details:My Responsibilities include: represent project manager in charge in any of his absence, having the authority to manage/sign on his behalf. Monitoring ECG technical team and construction team in an organization which include 21 Architect. Act as a liaison between the project manager and all other parties (Turner /project manager _contractor, ECG staff) filtering all insignificant subjects. Reviewing MGA design for any new version which we receive on site and feedback Qatari Diar with the implications of these versions on site , reviewing its applicability with the Egyptian codes and regulations and the international codes in some subjects. Communicate effectively with the technical team and construction one assisting with technical advice and directions. Monitor all daily activities on site regarding our technical aspects of the construction process. Reporting to resident engineer the technical progress according to contractor and site progress conditions. Attends most of the project technical and progress meetings, reviewing issued minutes and circulate important information to the concerned person. Assist in reviewing most of the administration documents prepared by administration and document control candidates. Responsible for issuing technical reports especially for subjects related to codes and standards. Assist project manager regarding topics that need closer follow-up till documented. Suggesting improvement ideas related to efficiency and quality of work. Review contractor claims, submitting an official feedback to project manager_ Turner for decision.
