• Job Details:- Discuss to Clients/Consultants/Project Manager in coordination with the General Manager regarding the work and make negotiations, quotation and prices. ‐ Prepare presentation of well documented designs for tender bids to client. ‐ Prepared detailed drawing (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Escape Plan) needed by the client. ‐ Prepare estimates, materials cost, labor cost, and check how much would be the profit for the company. ‐ Prepare work schedule plan since day 1 of work until finished. ‐ Solved problems and supervise a group of workers in site for constructing a building; check all the materials to be used. ‐ Advise and making design concept on interior or exterior designs of the project for the client’s satisfaction. ‐ Ensuring the quality of all the projects and materials in designing the structure of the building. ‐ Performing quality checks to ensure that the final products meet the required project.

• Job Details:- Prepared detailed drawing (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Escape Plan) needed by the client. ‐ Supervise a group of workers on site. ‐ Making design concept on the project. ‐ Ensuring the quality of all works. ‐ Prepare cost estimates, quotation and technical reports for the project’s completion. ‐ Process permits (building permit, electrical, water and plumbing) for the requirement of the city ordinance.

Architect DesignerFull Time

• Job Details:‐ Meeting the consultants / contractors and providing all the design support needed for them in coordination with the manager ‐ Preparing Design / Technical Submittals ‐ Preparing the renderings using Photoshop in coordination with manager ‐ Preparing Power point presentation and pre‐qualification documents ‐ Reviewing the Auto‐cad drawings and extracting if needed the quantities as per the project requirement ‐ Providing the needed support in Design calculations ‐ Assist the project manager in project planning and to coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site. ‐ Responsible for all works in a designated section in site. ‐ Control and supervise workmen under him. ‐ Assist the quantity surveyor in measuring the works done.
