• Job Details:1- Project: - Compound PYRAMIDS HEIGHTS. Owner: - SAMCRETE Development. Consultant: - Active Brains Consulting group (for Civil Works) & Samcrete (for Architecture Works). Nature of the work:- - Construction of 45 residential buildings. - Give consultancy in surveying the current status of the site and give feedback to the Technical Office. -Checking drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly and handling with contracted staff. -Manage the sub-contractors and labor in order to ensure they are working efficiently according to the project specs and quality standards. -Ensure that the activities performed by the subcontractors and the site labor force match the shop drawings to be delivered to the Quality Control. 2- Project: - Alex. Bank – Gomhoriya Building Renovation Owner: - Alex. Bank Consultant: - ASSAF Nature of the work:- -Re-division of office rooms for bank floors (14 floors) by masonry works and gypsum board works. Creating a new slab to make a new corridor using iron beams .- -Making a new suspended ceiling with different levels to pass over it (lighting works, alarms, headphones, cameras and adaptations). -Ensure that the activities performed by the subcontractors and the site labor force match the shop drawings to be delivered to the Quality Control.
