• Job Details:• I focused on how to overcome; “Governmental Repricing” and “liberation of Egyptian Pound” implications to meet the orders demand, sales goal targets and contribution Margin of our product portfolio by applying tailored sales plans resulting in 100% achievement of sales target in 2016. • Assigned as deputy manager in semester2-2016 for Alexandria, Behira & Kafr EL Sheikh geographical area. • I established healthy relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and got deeper understanding of their needs, to plant our value proposition clearly in their minds accordingly. • I was responsible to deliver clear positioning, value proposition and key messages of our products to our customers. • I negotiated contracts with chain pharmacies to promote the product portfolio, resulting in 10% sales increase. • Accounted to validate up to date knowledge of product positioning and differentiation messages within my team for North Egypt. • Mentored other sales force at their assigned geographical areas. • I got delegated to be Manager of the summer trainee group in Alexandria & Behira & Kafr El Sheikh District in Q3 2016, and the “Best Trainee Award” went to one member of my team (this is a national competition on the corporate level, Trainees from all Egypt compete for this award)
