• Job Details:General Accountant at Blue Bell for trading From November 2023 – Present Responsibilities: Software: Oracle General accounting: • Close prepaid expenses and accrued expenses Treasury & Banking: • Dealing with online banking and bank forms • Create monthly remittances and bank reconciliation • Letter of credit, CAD and credit limit transactions and form 4 • Currency exchange transactions • Calculate loans short and long term and its instalments • Follow up due dates of NR,NP and outstanding cheques Payable: • Create Foreign and local purchasing transactions Taxes: • Follow up E-Portal Tax • Create quarterly Form 41 and monthly Tax Reports Form 10 Cost Accounting: • Inventory evolution and monthly production cost • Cost of job orders and create inventory exchange entry
