• Job Details:BIM • Reviewing MEP BIM models in several stages (Design/SD/AB/FM) against (QA/QC-Visual Coordination-Clash detection-LOD-BEP) until importing the asset register into the model. • Rendering 3D Modelling using Navisworks and prepare discrepancy reports/clash detection to find proper solution for coordination/site issues and present the progress to the client. • Familiar with Aconex to review/follow-up the project documentation including BIM models. Technical • Review and Manage the delivery of MEP documentation (SD/Material submittal/Methods/AB) with the project timeline and discuss with the MEP sub-contractors to produce new revisions if needed till we get approval from the client. • Suggest changes through a proper channels and project protocol (RFIs/Updated drawings …) and communicate with the subcontractors to achieve an acceptable deliverable to the client. • Verify/evaluate the site problems with site team to find technical solutions locally and achieve an accepted deliverable to the client as per approved documents. • Generating required monthly reports (Work progress – team management plan – etc.) Project Handing Over • Managing/Keeping track of the MEP HO documents (Training Sessions/O&M Manuals/Asset Register/service and maintenance agreements/Warranties) and delivering to the client for the project TOC. • Testing and commissioning procedures.

Senior Electrical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Managing and executing the BIM process for the electrical systems (Generate BIM models in several stages (DD/SD/AB) with the required LOD as per the BEP - coordinate with all trades to insure delivering a free-clash Model - Export BOQs - extract SD/AB for approvals - import the asset register into final BIM model) • Rendering 3D Modeling using Autodesk Navisworks, preparing clash detection report and Reviewing discrepancy reports prepared by other teams (Arch./Str./Mech.) to suggest proper solutions. • Reviewing Electrical design drawings and suggest design changes (RFIs – Value engineering) • Preparing and tracking required project deliverables (SD/AB/voltage drop – Load calculations – cable trays calculations) • Reviewing Material submittals to match with the approved shop drawings. • Coordinate with the site to fine tune the deliverables of the shop drawings to be achievable. • Manage the package of the electrical panels (from Schneider Electric) starting from the design stage till T&C. • Prepare project handing over documents (O&M manuals/Warranties/training/etc.) • Generating required monthly reports (Work progress – team management plan – etc.)
