• Job Details:Professional Experience Egypt yellow pages from Jan 2020 till Now Digital Media Operations Team Leader - (March 2022 till Now) Developing, implementing, and documenting processes to ensure the accuracy of campaign executions that deliver according to client KPIs. - Helping establish processes for the Wix management team that can automate menial tasks and reduce the risk of human error. - Regularly review and report on the accuracy of campaigns and delivery against KPIs. Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with the Media Activation Team Leads for ongoing process improvements. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes for new ad products. - Supporting and stewarding processes that maximize efficiencies for the WIX Management department. - Providing summaries of monthly billing and reconciliation. - Resolving discrepancies with vendors and media teams to ensure reconciliation timelines are met. - Acting as the point of contact for media clients on billing-related issues. - Partnering closely with media planning and media activation leads to ensure optimal cross-functional communication. - Ensuring successful optimal campaign implementation and performance and proactively thinking about potential roadblocks to meet organic campaign performance goals.
