• Job Details:Responsible for managing the process for multiple entities for a sister company (7 companies), including: ▪ Preparation, review and posting of monthly journal entries to the general ledger ▪ Monthly balance sheet reconciliations ▪ Manage procurement operations for finance organization ▪ Invoice review, payments, vendor management, and assistance with prepaid and accrued expenses ▪ Assist with monthly close process including financial analysis and financial reporting ▪ Support annual audits and tax return working in concert with external auditors ▪ Oversee corporate credit card program and reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements Overall, the experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

• Job Details:Understand and Adhere to financial regulations and legislation. SUD Main Treasury, ▪ Settling of employee advance. ▪ Receipt of cash collections ▪ Preparing daily reports for the main treasury and petty cash. ▪ AX System ( Data Entry, Cash, Checks Documents, Cash collection ) Accounts payable (AP), ▪ Issuing checks and transfers. ▪ Daily reporting of checks and transfers issued. ▪ Reporting of delivered and undelivered checks. Banking, ▪ Reconciliation of bank statements. ▪ Coordinating with the bank for some transactions. Tax, ▪ WHT: Processing form 41 and uploading on the official website of the Egyptian TAX. • VAT: Processing form 10 and uploading on the official website of the Egyptian TAX.
