    • Job Details:Onsite @ MSD, Swords February 2019- Present • Setting out QA project requirements onsite with QA Lead. • Ensuring all required procedures and documentation for handover of installed systems and equipment to the client is being developed and built into the turnover package. • Performing Quality Assurance and ensuring the deliverables set in Quality Plan are achieved. • Performing Quality Control and insuring quality issues in the field are fixed and monitored daily. Onsite @ Intel March 2018 – February 2019 Working within the QA team on the Fab10 Upgrade. • Required to coordinate, monitor & inspect work on site in compliance with design drawings, specifications & standards. • Provide documented findings on conformance and non-conformance to management. • Carry out Inspections at height and inspect specialised aspects of mechanical systems. • BCAR inspections and documentation for mechanical scope. • Review contract documents, design drawings and specifications to maintain familiarity and insure project teams have a full understanding of the requirements of all real & relevant documents. • Conduct project observations and spot-checks of mechanical work in progress, checking quality compliance, identifying & documenting any defects and coordinating closure in line with approved methods and best practice. • Conducting detailed tests and installing materials & equipment as specified in the contracts and documenting & reporting deficiencies to management. • Provide reports on related quality matters, including third-party inspections, progress, EHS and causes for delay. • Prepare reports & KPI’s for Mercury Management. • Maintenance & upkeep of detailed records. • Liaising with supply chain subcontractors, suppliers and vendors, confirming that standards, relevant regulations, and legal requirements are achieved. Onsite @ Alexion July 2017 – March 2018 Working within the QA team on a high purity pipe and equipment install. • Responsible for turnover documentation for piping, welding, NDT, testing and passivation of systems • Management, implementation and maintenance of Mercury's multi-discipline quality ISO standards • Developing & maintaining quality plans, manuals, documents and systems • Working with the client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines • Completion of Audits • Advising management on QA issues • Attend and co-ordinate frequent meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers
