• Job Details:- Managing a team of 6, performing a centralized treasury operation for 11 subsidiaries across 3 continents. - Managing bank relationships with more 30 banks in Egypt, France, Cyprus, UAE, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon. - Ensure timely payments to a big portfolio of international suppliers and service providers across the globe. - Execute daily Treasury operations activities for global cash management. - Optimum utilization of group bank facilities and products, with efficient management of bank relations and credit lines in different countries. - Acts as a lead on Treasury projects and works closely with internal groups including Accounting, Logistics, Legal, IT, and Collections - Forecast cash flow positions, excess cash, related borrowing needs. - Cultivate a high performing team by building skills through coaching, mentoring and ongoing training and development - Management of credit agreement covenant compliance - Hands on experience in performing & reviewing Bank Account Reconciliation. - Develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures & management reporting

Credit Risk ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for the success of the Credit Risk and Credit Control functions in 5 subsidiaries located in Egypt, Libya, Jordan and Iraq. - Implementation of various Credit Risk Policies and procedures. - Reduced Debts and DSO to a Target Minimum per month. - Supervising the collection activities in different countries. - High expertise in Data analytics, credit rating, scorecards, customers performance, DSO, ADD, portfolio analysis and Risk / Reward analysis. - Applied financial analysis on a big amount of customers using scientific methods and financial ratios. - Following up on accounts receivables and overdue accounts through weekly aging analysis. - Investigated, evaluated and assessed all credit customers. - Mitigated risk through expert understanding of the available trade finance tools, and credit insurance. - Approved credit limits and payment terms within a limit of authority matrix. - Responsible on handling the decision making process till getting credit approvals from top management on higher limits. - Conducted hundreds of field visits to Companies in Egypt and Jordan. - Managing several credit insurance policies with several credit insurers. - Managing the legal cases with our attorneys in Egypt and Jordan. - Maintaining customer credit file and all legal documentations.
