• Job Details: Handle the local & foreign purchasing of raw materials, packaging as well as Maintenance, Assets, Projects, IT and stationary items.  Negotiated and executed many deals & contracts in accordance with the executive manager that achieved the highest levels of efficiency.  Analyze and evaluate data about current and potential suppliers in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements.  Assist the executive manager in the decision making process concerning new suppliers, new projects and new contracts depending on forecasts.  Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and updates on the procurement markets and, if necessary, adjust the purchasing strategies and take measures in accordance with the executive manager.  Ensure the total administration and documentation of processes, initiatives and troubleshooting measures concerning purchasing (contracts, invoices, master data, conditions, etc…)  SAP (MM) user.
