• Job Details:• Strategic Planning of Africa Support Services. • Integration with District Sales/Presales and Professional Services. • Managing Africa Customer Support Team in 4 countries and performance of Service Partners. • Africa support escalations SPOC, Complex Problems Management and Customer Relationship. • Hiring/Managing/Training 10 certified engineers in 4 African countries.
