• Job Details:Overall study of the project and all its details and its own cost.  Creating shop drawings & QS by using specialist Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & Building Information Modeling (BIM) applications.  Ensure the correct products and materials are installed throughout the project, also manage the submittal log and coordinate submittal drawings with subcontractors.  Monitoring the Project Budget to ensure the project is staying on track. This includes Quantity survey with checking BOQ, project plans, specs and drawings to verify authenticity and accuracy.  Coordination using Revit for extracting RFIs sketches & Requests from owners and consultants.  Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.

Senior BIM Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Study and evaluate construction designs and blueprints to guarantee a feasible plan.  Creating shop drawings & QS by using specialist Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & Building Information Modeling (BIM) applications. Identify and solve issues in building plans, structures and prototypes.  Design and analyze air conditioning systems, heating and ventilation while optimizing energy conservation and efficiency.  Coordinate with construction professionals like engineers and contractors to monitor and direct construction operations.  Conduct estimates to determine the cost of acquiring construction materials.  Offer recommendations on necessary alterations and improvements required for increased efficiency & for cost evaluation.  Carry out research & reports to identify current trends and developments in architectural engineering  Maintain updated information on safe designs, building codes and material features to establish an environmentally friendly and stable building Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader.  Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engin
