  • Job Details:1. Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for my assigned production lines 2. Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly 3. Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules 4. Reviews and approves manpower allocation on production lines in my assigned Lines 5. Responsible for maximizing the OEE percentage throw decreasing all types of west. 6. Maximize the lines utilization by coordination with the planning Department. 7. Coordinates with the Maintenance department to implementation the maintenance schedules for my assigned production lines so as not to disrupt production targets. 8. Coordinates with the Quality Department concerning the cleaning and sanitation schedules for my assigned lines. 9. Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. 10. Validates production analysis results presented by production engineers and monitoring the progress periodically. 11. Monitoring and coaching new-hire production engineers to help them to achieve the operational KPIs. 12. Follow up the implementation of autonomous maintenance schedule 13. Ensuring that health and safety regulation are met. 14. Implementation and Training of lean manufacturing tools, e.g 5S, TPM, etc…in production lines 15. Work closely with R&D department in qualifying and launching new products in production lines 16. Lead and supervise to close all GMPD and ensuring that CAPA are implemented 17. Reviews and Supervise to control MUV to be optimum 18. Lead my assigned team in the improvement projects in terms of waste reduction or capacity increasing. 20. Responsible for achieving Company goals through IOP. 21. Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly. 22. Develop and monitoring with control OPEX and CAPEX
