- Job Details:● Assist to set and monitor Asset Management and Production Lines budgets and manage all inventories on monthly basis. ● Monitor all Asset Management Equipment and Production Lines Monthly plans to monitor our targets. ● Generate monthly and yearly analysis for all Equipment and Production Lines KPIs to improve the performance. ● Generate monthly and yearly actual cost analysis Vs. Budget. ● Send reports of Equipment and Production Lines performance on weekly basis to control the operational cost and achieve our KPIs. ● Develop Dashboards for all Production Lines KPIs (Production quantities, Sales quantities, Availability, Reliability, Utilization, Efficiency, etc….) and operational cost MTD & YTD. ● Analyze Asset Management data, results within KPIs and P&L, and present them in the monthly review meetings, with the objective to improve operational and strategic decisions. ● Generate monthly and yearly reporting for Procurement to monitor and control the spending trends. ● Generate monthly and yearly reporting for Warehouses to monitor stock movement and closing balance. ● Assist all departments members to manage all production schedules and asset management plans. ● Generate monthly meeting with production managers to discuss the cost trends and improve our business. ● Ensures a high level of compliance of all department procedures. ● Design and set up consistent databases for planned and actual data related to Heavy Equipment and Production lines. ● Generate suppliers’ evaluation ‘’Scorecard’’ and monitor their performance. ● Develop quality and reporting audits to control the performance of other divisions within the supply chain department. ● Forecasting of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping constant check on stock levels. ● Support the overall SC operational excellence. ● Planning supply chain schedules in advance in preparation for busy seasonal periods. ● Optimizing MRP parameters according to history and forecast of spare parts’ consumption. ● Monitoring stock values vs. consumption, also review the planned orders before creating purchase requisitions. ● Analyzing all open PR’s, PO.’s to neglect the unnecessary ones with respect to our budget taking in consideration inventory control. ● Identify the obsolete, and the non-moving items as per the consumption analysis
