    Achievements

    • Increased efficiency of Metal Disk in Saws by 15% with modifying all the saw speeds and water cooling manifold. • Reduced time of disassembling of Looper Pneumatic Cylinder by 60 % with modifying the base plate fixation. • Disassembly more than 50 cylinders and draw them with the full details. • Decrease miss rolls in Rebar sizes by changing stands lead speed and changing shear pins. • Decrease changing time for Finishing stands by fabrication manual clamps instead of hydraulic to avoid the repeated stuck problems. • Decrease bearing damage for Stands entry and exit guide due to less grease by changing the place of grease distributers to be easy to change if damage. • Change fixation of Disk saw lower clamps to reduce time of changing • Fix ball valves on main grease lines for each stand to reduce time for checking the centralized grease unit.
