• Job Details:Prepare Business plan for each project also prepare cash flow study for projection Project. • prepares, and interprets reports, accounts, and financial statements within the required time periods and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Perform financial analysis and reporting to Top management as needed. • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries. • Prepare Monthly Full Set of Financial statements Reports. • Review process flow for each Accounting Modules. • Prepare Annual Budget and Compare Monthly Results between Actual and Budget. • Conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date. • Prepare all necessary documents which required by external Audit. • Supervises and coordinates daily accounting operations within the Finance\Accounting Department to support the achievement of the overall departmental goals and objectives.

• Job Details:1- Manage Accounts Payables. 2- Doing bank reconciliation and related necessary Journal entries. 3- Analyzing the trial balance and doing necessary Journal entries. 4- Preparing the financial reports about cash flow (cash out) and analysis for expenses. 5-Holding the fixed assets registry and applying the appropriate depreciation method. 6- Reconcile intra-group trading. 7- Prepare all payments (contractor invoices, brokers, commission’s accounts, Marketing, maintenance, etc). 8- Maintains Zero Variation between AP Module and GL. 9- Doing the journal entries for all the financial transactions in the system. 10- Prepare monthly suppliers aged balances report. 11- Following up and preparing the external auditors requirements. 12- Doing the journal entries for all factoring transactions (notes receivables). 13- Responsible of the treatment of closing project under constructions (PUC) Monthly. 14- Doing the journal entries for Deferred Revenue Accounts Monthly. 15- Compare between actual transaction and budget and doing the adjustment entries. 16- Prepare annual withholding tax certificates for each supplier. 17- Participate in closing in financial statements each quarter and also annual.
