• Job Details:• Scope: Developing 15 suppliers’ quality system including sheet metal stamping, suspension, pipes & hoses through GM global tools . • Tasks: 1- Ensure new Program Flawless Launch Execution (PPV, SORP) 2- Supervising 2 areas (rear floor assembly & SQE sample warehouse) with 5 subordinates. 3- Ensure Supplier daily contracted capacity (Run@Rate). 4- Improve/Monitor the IPB (Incident Per Billion) per Supplier. 5- Manage Suppliers through GQTS (Global Quality Tracking System). 6- Manage trouble Suppliers disruption risks through GM Global tools • Results: 1- Launching 3 new Flawless projects achieving due dates of SORP 2- 73 % of suppliers are nominated excellence awards achieving zero PRR 3- Zero plant disruption within last 12 months 4- Improving first time quality & Reducing rejection PPM by 45 % 5- All 15 suppliers certified ISO TS 16949 6- Achieving full comply within GMAS audit. 7- Recognition from MD & quality director for significant improvement in warranty matrix

Quality Management SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Working as a Quality Management Supervisor in the Brake Disc department responsible for three production lines for exporting brake discs to Daimler- Germany with the following tasks: o Dealing with external suppliers in Germany, Italy & local suppliers such as AAC o Applying external customer (Daimler) specifications o Attending more than 4 ISO TS audits from Daimler & VW o Line documentations o Machine & Process Capabilities o Process Audits o Final Product Audits o Packing Audits o Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) o Process flow charts & control charts o Corrective actions, 8D reports & dealing with customer complains
