  • Job Details:Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Social Development Department, setting goals, developing policies, and allocating resources. • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of social programs and initiatives that address poverty, inequality, and other social challenges. • Manage a team of social workers, programme or projects managers, and other staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organisations, and diverse range of donors. • Secure funding for social programs and initiatives through grants, contracts, and fundraising efforts. * Write full programs and projects with budgets for the department. • Advocate for social justice and policy changes that improve the lives of vulnerable populations. • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for staff and volunteers, covering areas such as social work best practices, trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and program related specific skills. • Identify and manage risks of the programs or projects within the department. • Participate in and enhance the collective response of dealt with crises within the organisation. • Foster a culture of mentorship and peer-to-peer learning within the department. • Provide and encourage opportunities for staff and volunteers to attend conferences, workshops, and professional development courses. • Invest in resources and tools that support ongoing learning and development for all team members. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social programs and services, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. • Represent the Social Development Department and the organisation at official meetings, conferences, and other events. ● Red Cross Red Crescent and IFRC Gaza response strategical coordination.

  • Job Details:Implementing the international Committee of Red Cross’s CVA (Sudan- Gaza) project’s and UNHCR's Gaza rapid response project and ERC's stranded families project. • Ensuring project proposals, time frames, schedule and budge are timely manifested. • Monitoring and follow up the field implementation for the project. • Laising between project team and WG. • Monitoring and tracking project’s progress and handle any issues that arise. • Making the necessary corrective actions /modification related to project’s implementation. • Managing potential risks in the implementation of the project and planning contingency plans. • Providing accurate and reliable reports that depict the project’s status, activities, accomplishments, and challenges responsible for collecting and examining data from field reports and compiling it into a series of reliable reports. • Carrying out all aspects of CASH based intervention project including modalities of implementation in relation to every context and group of beneficiaries. • Close collaboration with other departments. • Lead in market and context analysis to determine the most appropriate cash modality/modalities that’s suitable for it. • Develop the capacity of in-country staff by the needed trainings. • Ensure cash distributions are properly documented and meet technical quality, accountability, and protection standards in compliance with donors’ regulations. • Write full programs and projects for the department in Cash, Livelihood, Health, Mental Health and Protection and setting the budget to attract funds. • Support technically within other projects closure; writing full reports or design and implement technical focus groups with diverse stakeholders as needed. • Write and review important ERC’s Policies, SOPs and MOUs to capacity build the organisation’s operational and strategic goals. • Design visual reports and published images related to the project. • Resources and budget’s reallocation and optimisation.
