Job duties(Indonesia 900KTPA Copper Smelter EPC Project(900M$))： •Supervising on sourcing(strategic),vendor developing and registration,annual routine assessment,relationships maintaining; •Annual Procurement Plan making,amendments,monthly execution and risk management; •Execution on procurement projects on a proprietary e-Bidding system through various strategies,like tenders/RFPs, RFQs,direct purchase etc.,Coordination on clarifications with engineering teams,over 20 tenders opening & evaluations,reports and awardings.Analytical review on prices/costs,quality issues,deliveries,lead time and payment terms. •Negotiations with suppliers.10 Purchasing contracts(PO) over 30M CNY confirmed with legal team,and delivery plan checking. •Guiding 5 MPS/ITP files for Third Party Inspection with manufacturers,through a web portal, Aconex,monitoring on expediting process; •Confirmation on shipping documents like packing lists from vendors when deliveries commenced,acceptance of goods,inventory management, and ensuring lead time along with logistic work forces. •Reviewing commercial documents like invoices(35 pcs),origin certificates(18 copies),releasing payments aligned with schedules; •Reviewing supportive documents for equipments like quality certificates,inspection reports(15 copies),catalogs,maintenance manuals,drawings,list of spare parts for Boilers,Cranes,Dryer,Ball Mill,Thicker,Filter,Crusher etc; •Other issues requested by the company;

Metallurgist (Steel Metal Failure Analyst)Full Time

• Job Details:Hard working and eager to learn in the steel material physics laboratory of R&D Center with hands-on experience: 1)Well organized to prepare samples for metallagraphy(sometimes SEM) inspection,grinding,etching,polishing,then optical microscope observation,micro-structure(ferrite,martensite,carbide,banite, sorbite,sigma phase etc) and inclusion rating,grain size determination,decarborization layer thickness measurement. 2)Analyzing the root causes of products failure and quality issue,including cracks,microcleaness and corrosion etc.Guiding the production lines to improve quality,sharpening problem solving skills while under pressure; 3)Editing and issuing the material analysis report,pipe products technical support for the customer service department. 4)Inspection lab test for third commercial party's samples as per ASTM E45 standards and issuing report. 5)Cross functionally principle research for the metal-graphy technical support of products developing teams while was under multi-task and time management,with good communication skills,involved in process for products of High Collapse Casings,Perforation Gun Tubes,Drill Pipes,Low Temperature Casings,High Toughness Casings,Corrosion Resistant Casings,High Toughness Line Pipes,Heavy Wall Pipes for Mud Motors etc; 6)Optical measurements of copper layer thickness of OCTG connections. 7)Analyzing the root causes of production machinery parts failure,including cracks,fatigues and corrosion etc.Guiding the SCM department to check and enhance supplier's quality with interpersonal skills as a team player. 8)Maintain all the equipment,solution agents,machines and tools periodically,keeping all inspection and test missions recorded as per varies codes.
