Checked SAP codes in the SAP system to avoid the creation of duplicate items. Identification of material groups as per SAP ERP system. Filled MMD (Materials Master Data) file and sent it to MMD team for creation of new SAP codes and kept under control until getting new SAP IDs. Ensured that material prices match with invoice and customs declaration. Prepared AOA with customs declaration & invoices. Filled PO request file and sent it to MMD team for PO creation and provided newly created PO to SDM materials team.
