• Job Details:Over all in-charge in Production, starts from the design of the product, making of samples and renovations, procurement of materials, manpower, machineries, packaging of items, loading and Shipping. - Makes the production flow of each and every item of the orders and decides which section it will pass with the corresponding equipment or machineries to be used for the particular operation. - Teaching and training of newly hired workers in specific machine operations with no prior experience to that kind of work. - Adjust the layout of the plant if needed - Documentation of all the files related with company - Monitors and over see the overall production of the all items and workers. - See to it that targets and deadlines are to be met by the sections in productions. - Trouble shoots any upcoming or unforeseen problems in production. - Reports directly to C.E.O. - Monitors and maintains discipline in production floor. - Makes quotations of all sub-contractors under my division and make billing to be submitted to accounting dept. - Makes payroll for the daily wage workers
