• Job Details:- Monitor and control the production of unsaturated polyester and alkyd resin batches, ensuring conformity to specifications and efficiency targets. - Maintain accurate records of raw material usage, batch cycle times, and operational parameters to support production planning and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with quality control to ensure product consistency and resolve any deviations or non-conformities. - Supervise reactor operations, manage raw material charging sequences, and oversee heating, cooling, and vacuum systems during batch processes. 1 - Conduct troubleshooting for production bottlenecks and coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. - Implement and adhere to HSE guidelines, ensuring safe handling of chemicals and process operations in compliance with internal and governmental standards. - Participate in process optimization projects, including reflux control, solvent recovery, and formulation adjustments. - Support R&D in trial production runs for new product development and performance evaluation.
