Process OperatorFull Time

• Job Details:Operate equipment complying with production plans to improve targeted KPIs (including safety, quality, delivery, and cost) as well as deliver a high level of customer service Promote standardization, reapplication, and knowledge-sharing of best practices and standards in order to propose new solutions to eliminate production losses. Proactively work with Quality department for the implementation and execution of quality programs to prevent quality incidents. Use and comply to all standard systems and tools according to manufacturing standards.

QA TechnicianFull Time

• Job Details:• Conducts inspection and testing from incoming and outgoing process. Will be actively collaborating with Warehouse, VTL group, manufacturing technicians and Contract Manufacturers. • Inspects incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods (Material COA/COC management and OBAs) and establishes controls in critical points of the QMS boundaries (inputs, process and outputs). • Performs Non-Destructive testing of Rotors and other parts of the flywheel as necessary. • Performs audit in process and other necessary area in manufacturing. • Performs electrical test of Electronics Box and other parts of the flywheel as necessary. • Gathers and performs compilation and initial analysis of quality data. • Able to understand the drawing requirements of Sub and Final Assembly Process. • Responsible for quality monitoring on Sub and Final Assembly Process. • Train and supervises new employees (Operator). • Collaborates proactively with contract manufacturing, engineers, and other departments to complete assigned tasks with high regards to respect. • Ensures proactive approach in obtaining relevant and updated information related to company policies and procedures with immediate supervisor and managers. • Escalates process or equipment issues encountered during quality monitoring. • Keeps quality tools and equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instruction; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. • Reports in timely manner any safety or health related incidents or any monitoring required by immediate supervisor, manager or EHS team. • Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior and manager. •Train on the more complex coordinate measuring machines and assist higher grade CMM Inspectors as required. • Work from complicated drawings, sketches, operation sheets and specifications, using standard methods and procedures to perform conventional CMM and CNC CMM, CRYSTA-Apex S 574 (Mitutoyo).
