• Job Details: Implements and evaluates the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Programs and activities of all business units to provide a safe and healthy workplace.  Prepares monthly HSE Statistics and data analysis reports of all Business Units to ensure the top management receives timely and complete information to track their safety performance.  Investigates, review and analyze HSE incidents to find the root causes and recommends suitable control measures to prevent recurrences.  Conducts job hazard analysis, risk assessments, safety inspections and audit reports in the factories/ project sites, involving the supervisors and employees to raise their awareness of workplace hazards and reinforce the importance of safety in their jobs.  Performs Management HSE Audit to all factories with the department’s Director, HSE Operations Manager, Factory’s General Manager & Operations Manager for systematic and structured verification of the safety management system through performance assessment and feedback process, allowing organizations to improve their HSE performance.  Implements the emergency action plan program & execute emergency fire drills in the factories to ensure the readiness and preparedness of all employees when emergency conditions arise.  Review and update HSE General Instructions and Loss Prevention Programs as and when required, in line with the company’s safety, health and environmental standards that conform to local and international standards.  Prepares and submit data statistics for project clients’ pre-qualification on HSE requirements.  Develop and executes HSE training & awareness to workers and new employees to inculcate the importance of health & safety practices in the workplace.

Safety/ Project Engineer/ Pollution Control OfficerFull Time

• Job Details: Oversaw the construction and installation of biomass boilers and its auxiliaries at Coca-Cola Bottlers Plant in Pangasinan.  Led the team in the successful commissioning of the equipment up to its full operation.  Ensures employees adherence to HSE policies and procedures at all times  Monitors the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities. This is to ensure compliance with the air, noise and water quality standards  A liaison officer with the Department and Coca-Cola, keeping abreast with the requirements and the latest available technology on the prevention, control and abatement of pollution

Safety OfficerFull Time

• Job Details: Implements, monitors and evaluates the Loss Prevention Programs and activities in the factory, to ensure its effectiveness in the reduction of occupational injuries and incidents.  Supports the government agencies, insurance providers, etc., in their evaluation and assessment of the company’s HSE policies and standards to get compliance as required in the business operations.  Conducts HSE training and awareness to all parts of the business including newly hired employees and subcontractors to instill the importance of safety in daily operations.  Other work activities includes submission of daily morning report; conducts daily site inspection; develops and submits weekly summary of pending safety issues; conducts Tool Box Meeting to shop floor employees; reviews Safety Task Analysis and Risk Reduction Talk cards; implements and reviews Job Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment to ensure their effectiveness; facilitates HSE Committee meetings; performs audits and inspection on Housekeeping, Powered Industrial Trucks and Overhead Cranes; performs Food Safety Audit and Machine Guarding Assessment; facilitates Emergency Evacuation Drills; Initiates accident/incident investigation and formulates Incident Investigation Report; prepares HSE Monthly Reports; Conducts periodic gas monitoring and noise level surveys; conducts audit on issued Permit to Work
