• Job Details:Handling end-to-end recruitment process from CV sourcing, doing preliminary interview before providing the CV to the client, interview arrangements; either face to face or video call, offer negotiation, mobilization, and on-boarding. Duties also includes coordinating with our agency in the Philippines, India, South Africa, UK and US agencies regarding CV submission and the mobilization status of the new hire candidates. I am also involved with the admin works like offer creation, contract preparation, collecting candidate's hiring documents, updating mobilization tracker and building my own CV database.
