MEP Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details:o Preparation of interim payment application to the client and incorporate the necessary details and necessary documents to substantiate the site progress. Ensure the timely submission, follow-up closely with the approval of payment certification and the release of payment. o Preparation of variation order work claims that may arise as the project progresses. o Monitor all changes/variations to the project scope, timely initiate request for Engineer’s Instruction and maintain variation log. o Preparation of all necessary measurements, details and other technical data for quantity surveying works. Negotiation and agreement with the consultant/contractor/sub-contractor of all variations to the contract. o Preparation of contractual correspondence of the project. o Ensure timely submission of claims and notices in accordance with provisions of contract. o Ensure that areas of concern are highlighted relating to contract costs and margins. o Ensure to understand and exercise the contractual obligation of the project involved. o Attend internal meetings, site progress meeting and coordination meeting. o Compile monthly reports in accordance with company standard procedures (Prepare reports on commercial and contractual issues for the project and QS Manager) o Delivery of relevant Bill of Quantites and get involved in cooperation with the estimators, estimating and tendering for new projects. Duties also included cost evaluation control, tender review and contract administration. o Get involved in preparation of monthly financial report of the projects and maintain the expected project margin.

Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details:o Communication with client / employer in various projects. o Communication with internal resources/outsources to make sure the quality of the work and achieving the allotted time frame. o Strategic plan, preparation of resources to achieve the time frame required to complete the whole BOQ. o Review specs, BOQ, drawings, method of measurements, and other Technical documents. o Preparation of a fully detailed Bill of Quantities in accordance with POMI Method of Measurement. o Provide detailed comparison of quantity differences and offer explanation and advise for the same. o Raise technical requests for information to enable pricing and measurement. o Review of final measurements and RFI with all relevant and supporting documents of commercial aspects. o On site and off site quantity verifications and confirmation with regard to payments and variation works. o Ability to advice clients on commercial and contractual matters and prepare financial and commercial reports o Participate in conference of relative proposal and contract with client and subcontractors. o Quantity take off for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and plumbing works. Review specs, BOQ drawings, method of measurements, and other Technical documents, co-ordinate with team-mates as a team leader. o Review the subcontractor agreement and main contract with the client both commercial and technical. o Review of final measurements, claims, drawings, RFI, and their submission with all relevant and supporting documents of commercial aspects to the Client / Consultant / Principal Contractor for final settlement.

MEP Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details:o Preparation & Submission of monthly interim invoices, approved variations claims as per contract to the Client Consultant. o Follow up interim applications for payment to the client and liase with Accounts to secure payments. o Maintain highest levels of commercial confidentiality in all aspects of employment. o Provide commercial and contractual advice based on the contract documents and industry standards documents such as methods of measurement and prepare financial and commercial reports. o Participate in conference of relative proposal and contract with client and subcontractors. o Preparation of all necessary measurements, details and other technical data for quantity surveying works. Negotiation and agreement with the consultant/contractor/sub-contractor of all variations to the contract. o Ensure timely submission of claims and notices in accordance with provisions of contract. o Ensure that areas of concern are highlighted relating to contract costs and margins. o Ensure to understand and exercise the contractual obligation of the project involved. o Attend internal meetings, site progress meeting and coordination meeting. o Review specs, BOQ drawings, preamble of measurements, and other Technical documents, co-ordinate with other team-mates as a team leader. o Preparation of site note valuations for items not listed in BOQ, taking approval of rates in accordance with the contract. o Evaluate dispute information and prepare and agree claims for reimbursement of loss and expense. Negotiate and manage the resolution of disputes. o On site and off site quantity verifications and confirmation with regard to payments and variation works. o Monitor all changes/variations to the project scope, timely initiate request for Site Instruction and maintain variation log. o Preparation of work orders and Amendments to Subcontractors/Suppliers then prepare their monthly certificates accordingly. o Check the subcontractors / suppliers, agreement / letter of intent before making the initial payment to ensure the subcontractors agreement is made in accordance with company's standard format and in compliance with FIDIC and our main contract with the client both commercial and technical. o Preparation of final certificates of the Subcontractors / Suppliers, after inspection of their works, checking their measurements, making joint measurements if required and their settlements. o Preparation of Statement of account and co-ordinate the Head Office Accounts o Co-ordination with Draughtsman and Engineer to incorporate the site clarification request for claims and for making the As-built drawings. o Review of final measurements, claims, day works, drawings, site clarification request, and their submission with all relevant and supporting documents of commercial aspects to the Client / Consultant / Principal Contractor for final settlement.
