Chief Financial Officer

• Job Details:Overall management of the finance and accounts department. Design, development and implementation of the finance and accounting policies & procedures. Prepare MIS reports for the company management and also for the shareholder meetings. Prepare financial reports and coordinate with the external auditors for statutory auditing. Coordinate with internal auditors for carrying out internal audit within the fixed time schedules. Prepare budget and business forecast statements. Participate in strategic business decisions as a member of the top management. Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, VAT, corporate tax and other regulatory requirements.

Manager – Finance & Administration

• Job Details:In charge of finance and administration for the Middle East, Malaysia and India. Prepare MIS reports on sales, profitability, performance analysis, branch comparison etc. Prepare financial reports and conduct audit for the country offices and the consolidated group. Part of top management with direct involvement in all strategic decisions.

• Job Details:In charge of finance & accounts department. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budget and business forecast statements. Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for the department.
