• Job Details:• Responsible for Planning and scheduling Preventive Maintenance activities. - Prepare for master schedule for electrical equipment - Setup PM interval period based on vendor recommendation and running hours. - Do analysis for PM result in order to prolong or shorten the interval period. - Carry out CBM for electrical motor using SPM analyzer • Lead all maintenance activities such as Annual Shutdown Maintenance Work. - ASD Coordinator for ASD Jobs for E&I Section. - Prepare equipment list and job scope to be submitted to vendor and contractor. - Prepare ASD Job schedule and liaise with Mechanical and Engineering Section & Production Department. - Control and monitor ASD Budget and Cost • Perform corrective maintenance, repair and troubleshooting works for Low Voltage and High Voltage (33kV) facilities switchgear and equipment. - Investigate and analyze the root cause of trouble to prevent re-occurrence - Proposal for blanket approach for plant wide. • Defined technical specification for construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical equipment in the existing plant. • To manage and control maintenance and capital expenditure budget given. • Focus on safety, efficient and reliable equipment for operation. • Coordinate; provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team of electrical technician in all aspects of their work. • Directly responsible for improvement study for electrical system and prepare report for proposal to management. • Designs, initiate, develop and execute new and update procedures and SOP for existing and new plant. • Responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental awareness within the E & I technician and foremen such as OSHA18001 in order to achieve zero incidents. • Implement improvement project that led to reduction in maintenance cost. • Managed and coordinated special spare part management. • Responsible for all electrical maintenance activities comply to ISO/TS16949, ISO 9001, OSHA 18001 and ISO14001 procedures. • Motivate E&I technician, foremen towards achievement of company objectives, target and requirement.
