• Job Details:. The supervision of cocoa and coffee exportation The management of clients contracts according to their various specifications from purchsing, factory processing, container stuffing, follow up of customs procedures, loading in the ports, withdrawal of original Bills of lading from shipping and sending them to the clients for payment. • Supervision of logistics and other service providers and stake holders of the ports, maritime and para maritime companies. • Supervision and follow up of the maintenance of a fleet of 50 trucks • Maintaining an attentive information watch in order to stay abreast of the evolution of customs regulations and geopolitical changes likely to influence the movement of goods and company activities. • Discussion with the clients in order to define all the parameters of their projects and to offer them implementation solutions that are as fast, efficient and economical as possible.
