• Job Details:Actively participate in the month-end / year-end closing process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Verify month-end journal entries and post them into the system to ensure all business transactions are posting. Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and providing ad hoc financial reports/statements to management. Verify of all local and import online payments and release the payments in first authority level. Handling the fixed asset register of the company and manage accounts payable performance and receivables assisting in budget preparation, cash flow management and variance analysis expense tracking and analysis. Monthly reviews of the grir service account to ensure the timely matching of services receipts with invoices. Manage and coordinate company insurance-related matters. Oversee junior accounting staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and assistance as needed. Act as the primary point of contact with external auditors in 2023 financial year. Perform additional duties in line with current job role, as and when the management requests. Experience of SAP S/4 HANA system.

Financial Officer

• Job Details:Invoice verification and post into the system, processing of supplier payments in accordance with agreed-upon terms. Prepare month-end journal entries for accruals, allocations and GL adjustments according to accounting standards. Manage the petty cash fund, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and reconciled. Performed monthly reconciliation of credit card, debit card, and bank accounts. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external auditors during audits. Verify VAT invoices and tax compliance. Issue credit and debit notes to suppliers and customers as needed and performed intercompany reconciliation. Actively participate in annual stock verification processes.

Internal Audit Officer

• Job Details:Led annual audit engagements, ensuring timely completion of audit assignments. Conducted production audit, quality assurance audit, petty cash and inventory count, physical inspection audit, regular payment voucher audit, part of payroll audit and sustainability data validation audit accordance with audit standards and procedures performed risk assessments on sales control procedures and tax audit. Prepared audit reports detailing audit findings and provided recommendations to enhance internal controls. Developed risk assessments, audit programs, and related documentation in accordance with the (IPPF) guidelines. Completed the quality assurance improvement program (QAIP) training conducted by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) India, enhancing skills and knowledge in internal auditing practices.
