• Job Details:I am currently working at the above-mentioned school as an English Supervisor for the Elementary department. I manage the Girls section in the one branch, and the boys and girls section in our second branch of the school. I am also an English teacher for the Grade 1 students. I started my first year off with them in kindergarten, but I have now moved on to Grade one. I excel in the Foundation stage of education. We teach the American Diploma to these children, so it is a very intense program. I have just been promoted to Lower Elementary Supervisor for the 3 branches of the school. - Development of Curriculum - Implementation of daily lessons - Lesson plans and worksheet development. - Training of all new teachers on software used - Training on all school policies and procedures - Development and implantation of diagnostic tests for elementary, then drawing up the analysis of these tests. - Weekly management reports on student progress - Daily communication with parents regarding students’ progress - Development of training videos for staff to ensure that they are aware of new changes. - Development of the KPI’s for all teachers in the school. - Exam analysis for all grades. - Teacher observations. - Daily lessons given to classes. - Drawing up of quiz sections to aid in evaluations - Monthly assessments on students. - Continuous assessments of all students. - Staff training - Overview of lesson plans for teachers. - Managing the staff accommodation
