HR Officer (Recruitment and Special Events) Full Time

• Job Details:• Devises and implements policies to select the right staff needed to meet open positions in the organization, working closely with different departments and stakeholders. Handles the end-to-end recruitment process. Involved in HR strategic planning to create a culture in line with the organization’s mission and vision. Creates and executes employee engagement activities to support retention of staff. Completed recruitment to closure of 100% vacancies in Q1 to support the 140% growth of the organization.
