• Job Details:Managing a team of 5 Engineers, work in different sites.  Conduct Technical Training and Skill Development Programs.  Manage Activity Reports and Reporting to IT Manager.  Manage VMware Infrastructure—Maintain, Provisioning and Enhancements.  Manage Active Directory Multiple Sites—Implement, Maintain and Troubleshoot.  Managing Exchange Server—Administration & Troubleshooting.  Responsible for Storage Administration—Provision, Allocate and Utilize Responsible Multi Site—Network, IP Phone, Server and Backup.  Backup System—Administer, Manage and Ensure Integrity with Networker & Backup Exec.  Responsible for Firewall & End point Security Implementation and Management.  Overview the activities of Engineers and Support them up on Escalation.  Review the Changes and make approval recommendation with IT Manager.  Follow Organizational guidelines and establish reliable IT operation
