• Job Details:12+ years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain management, MSc, CPP, CISCP, PMP, Multilingual in English, French and Arabic. Proficient in ORACLE, BAAN, GLOBUS & T24 ERP system and Microsoft Office.  Provide inputs for the development of the procurement budgets, plans, and systems that will achieve the strategic objectives.  Manage department activities within assigned budget and Implement the departmental structure, policies and procedures and ensure alignment with the business strategy and requirements.  Manage and allocate the resources necessary to support the department strategic plans and objectives.  Manage sourcing activities and ensure that required specifications, quality and delivery schedule meets the business requirements at agreed terms.  Develop, manage, evaluate and update the supplier pre-qualification, assessment criteria and performance based on company standards, contract terms and requirements.  Manage and monitor all procurement activities to ensure they are conducted effectively and completed in a timely and efficient manner.  Work closely with all levels of management within the Organization to determine needs, develop strategies and plans.  Supervise and monitor the import shipments, customs clearances and logistics to ensure smooth operational flow and timely delivery.  Analyze and evaluate the Organization overall procurement trends to identify the high spend areas and develop the options to minimize the costs and take proper measures.  Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to reduce procurement costs by improving the Organization’s buying patterns and supply channels.  Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for the department and Organization as a whole.  Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of employees to ensure that procurement activities meet established requirements, specifications, and standards, and that department activities are conducted ethically and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.  Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the department.  Provide opportunities for the department members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives. Our major clients are ARAMCO, MA’ADEN, Royal Commission and National Guard.
