Consolidates domestic and international systems to support shipments under close supervision. Preparation of shipping documentation for all shipments. Coordinates with service providers on cargo collection timing and resolve any shipment related issues. Proper maintenance of related shipping documents for audits. Helps analyze company and customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing carrier costs and performances. Follows laws, rules and regulations regarding shipping. Helps plan, schedule, and coordinate the supply, material flow, and storage of inventory from the supplier to the customer throughout the manufacturing process. May work with field support and customer service to ensure that customer requirements are met. May help coordinate delivery of required inventory. Preparing documents, coordinating international shipments.
