Planning and Preparation 1.1 Understanding the Context Overview of the Gaza Strip: geography, demographics, political and socio-economic context. Access restrictions and their impact on health services and infrastructure. 1.2 Stakeholder Engagement Identifying key stakeholders: local health authorities, NGOs, community leaders, international organizations. Building partnerships and securing permissions for data collection. 1.3 Review of Existing Data Gathering and reviewing available health data: previous assessments, health facility reports, demographic surveys. Identifying gaps in data and knowledge.
