In charge of the functions of plant manager during his absence Manage the plant operation and staff to deliver results and continuously improve conversion cost, develop the team skills and create optimized environment of work in compliance with standards. • Analyzed the plant process based on historical data and questionnaire results which led to the identification of the weak points in the system. • Applied new Refinery and tow packaging line that helped in the study of a new project. • Participated in the Electronic Requisition system development. • Automated the Planning which resulted in shorter preparation time and less waste. • Developed an optimization model for to minimize the waste which saved 50% of the unnecessary material waste and more than 90% of the planning time. • establishing factory and purchasing production lines • Select the latest manufacturing, packaging and packaging methods • Ensure Health & Safety Plans are in place prior to the commencement of the Plant. • Monitor and review regular performance through weekly inspections and audits, including assessment of all Risk Assessments and Method • Statements ensuring Company policies and procedures are implemented appropriately. • Recording any findings, highlighting any areas for improvement as well as any required modification to existing policies or procedures. • • Assist and participate in the highlighting of health-related risks and training on Plant, reviewing all high risk operations. • • Agree remedial action with management on any non-conformance and carry out follow up review to ensure the appropriate implementation has taken place. • Implement Iso system in Hanoon oil company
