• Job Details:* Managing and directing IT projects and software development teams. * Manage multiple enterprise international projects established in over 10 countries worldwide. * Requirements gathering, deep analyses, generating ideas and construct overall Solutions architectures. * Meeting customers’ requirements by constructing dynamic and customer’s focused parametric designs. * Creating projects charters, realistic plans, schedules, WBS, projects estimations and milestones. * Using the appropriate tools for managing SDLC, including MS Project, SharePoint and TFS administrative. * Planning resources, following up projects and teams performance reports. * Managing Agile development projects, planning iterations and providing tangible test driven delivers. * Creating RDBMS and dynamic database designs and architectures. * Managing databases performance and storage hits resulted in saving tens of Gigabytes and reducing the overall hosting and backup costs. * Negotiating with key stakeholders, preventing scope creeping and advising change requests. * Provide realistic risk management plans, monitoring risks, create appropriate risk responses. * Providing technical support for key stakeholders and internal departments. * Creating QA standards and process improvement plans, and participate in documenting lessons learned. * Introducing pair programing, sharing tasks, Agile meetings. Resulted in resources backups and increased team experience and performance. * Supervising brainstorming sessions resulted in ideas building, enhanced products and customers satisfaction * Creating team building activities to assure team members are more empowered and engaged. * Training, couching and improving team knowledge in various technologies and industry standards. * Creating and programming advanced code architecture, generic abstractions, performance critical and concurrent\multi-threading coding.
