• Job Details:• Make a daily meeting with the COO, customer service, production manager and planning manager to update upcoming job orders schedule • Request rates and flight schedule for the expected coming shipments and place bookings • Issue the shipping papers needed (packing list, invoice, COO and CI if required) • Arrange inspection for the finished goods when required. • Coordinate with the warehouse team to meet the agreed delivery time with the forwarder. • Provide the customer service or directly the client with the shipment details (ETD-ETA and shipment documents). • Trace/track and follow up shipments
